Head of Marketing

At Quality Care Global, you will be a part of the Marketing team, and be responsible for growth marketing, demand generation, you will build and execute marketing strategy. You will lead key strategic marketing initiatives, execute personalized cross-platform and cross-channel campaigns, create programs that will help patients get started with us.

Head of Marketing Responsibilities:

• Be accountable for driving conversion of our patient and healthcare providers bases.
• Design and execute email marketing experiments, A/B tests, learn from results and iterate on approach.
• Design and execute content marketing experiments, A/B tests, learn from results and iterate on approach.
• Design and execute social media marketing experiments, A/B tests, learn from results and iterate on approach.
• Set out measures of success, key metrics and objectives for campaigns, oversee end to end reporting and performance of initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Sales and Content teams to come up with highly effective marketing campaigns.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Have relevant experience in marketing or related fields.
• Experience with A/B testing and measurements.
• Experience working with cross functional teams, including engineering, sales, product teams.
• Excellent communication and written skills in English.
• You’re motivated and energetic.
• Be an owner and proactively find solutions to problems.
• You are organized: deliver stuff on time and can handle stress well.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Have relevant experience in the medical healthcare area.
• Good communication and written skills in multiple languages.
• Have 3+ years of experience in marketing or related fields.
• Have 1+ years of experience in healthcare and technology industry marketing.
• Experience with customer lifecycle management.
