The verification process involves submitting your profile and documents through our provider dashboard, followed by a review. Here’s how it works for doctors and institutions:

For institutions

  1. Complete your profile:
    • Add facility information (address, office hours, details, accessibility, about).
    • Outline facility structure (departments, doctors).
    • List services and packages (e.g., deals or campaigns).
    • Provide contact details.
  2. Submit documents:
    • Upload proof of ownership (e.g., registration certificate).
    • Upload a valid business license.
  3. Review: QCG’s team evaluates your profile and documents to confirm compliance with our quality and regulatory standards. This typically takes a few business days.

For doctors

  1. Complete your profile:
    • Enter personal details (address, office hours, accessibility, about).
    • Specify performed procedures.
    • List services and packages.
    • Provide contact details.
  2. Submit documents:
    • Upload a valid identity card (e.g., passport, driver’s license).
    • Upload a current medical license.
  3. Review: QCG verifies your credentials and profile against regulatory bodies, ensuring alignment with our standards. This usually takes a few business days.

To begin the verification process:

  1. Initiate contact: If you’re new to QCG, submit a contact form at qualitycareglobal.com/contact with your name, email, phone, and a message about joining. Our team responds within 24 hours.
  2. Create an account: Sign up at dashboard.qualitycareglobal.com/register. After signing up, you’re logged in automatically—no need to sign in immediately. Returning providers, sign in at dashboard.qualitycareglobal.com/login.
  3. Work with your case manager: Once you start onboarding, a dedicated case manager will guide you through profile setup and document submission, answering any questions.
