Through the provider dashboard, you can access and manage:

- Patient-provided information: Data shared by patients during messaging or consultations (e.g., medical history, symptoms). In the future, patients will be able to share documents or photos securely.

The provider dashboard simplifies data handling:
- Access the dashboard: Sign in at dashboard.qualitycareglobal.com/login. After signing up at dashboard.qualitycareglobal.com/register, you’re logged in automatically—no immediate sign-in needed.
- View patient data: Check the messaging or appointment sections to see patient communications, booking details, or shared information.
- Respond securely: Reply to patient messages within 1–2 business days to coordinate care or request additional details, all within the platform’s secure environment.
- Organize information: Use the dashboard to track patient interactions, ensuring all data is centralized for easy reference during consultations or follow-ups.
- Update records: Add notes or update appointment statuses to keep your records accurate and aligned with patient care.
