As a Quality Care Global (QCG) provider, you manage patient appointments through our dedicated provider dashboard, where patients initiate bookings via messages or virtual consultations. Our platform streamlines the process, allowing you to coordinate appointments efficiently. Here’s how patients book appointments and how you handle them.
How patients request appointments
Patients start the booking process through the QCG platform in these ways:
- Messaging: Patients with accounts message you directly through the platform to discuss treatment plans and request appointment times.
- Virtual consultations: Patients request a virtual consultation (no account needed) to discuss their needs, often leading to an appointment (see our virtual consultations guide).
Managing appointments on the dashboard
You coordinate bookings through the provider dashboard:
- Access the dashboard: Sign in at dashboard.qualitycareglobal.com/login. If you’re new, you’re logged in after signing up at dashboard.qualitycareglobal.com/register—no immediate sign-in needed.
- View requests: Check incoming messages or consultation requests in your dashboard’s messaging or scheduling section.
- Respond and confirm: Reply to patient messages within 1–2 business days to propose or confirm appointment times. For consultations, schedule a call and discuss booking details.
- Finalize bookings: Confirm appointments via dashboard messaging, ensuring patients receive clear details (e.g., date, time, preparation instructions).
- Track appointments: Monitor upcoming appointments and patient communications in one place, simplifying your workflow.
Role of your case manager
Your assigned case manager supports you with:
- Setup guidance: Assistance configuring your dashboard for messaging or consultation scheduling.
- Coordination support: Help managing complex booking requests or patient inquiries.
- Technical assistance: Solutions for dashboard issues or communication challenges.
