Virtual consultations

Virtual consultations with Quality Care Global (QCG) let you connect with healthcare providers or our support team from anywhere, making it easy to explore treatment options or plan your care. These online meetings are free for patients, and our platform streamlines the process. Here’s how it works.

What is a virtual consultation?

A virtual consultation is an online video call with a QCG representative or a healthcare provider. It’s a convenient way to discuss your medical needs, ask questions, or get guidance without traveling.

Types of consultations

QCG offers two types of virtual consultations:

  • Initial consultation with QCG: Talk to a QCG representative to explore provider options, understand our platform, or get personalized recommendations.
  • Provider consultation: Connect directly with a doctor or clinic to discuss your condition, treatment plans, or next steps.

How to request a consultation

You don’t need an account to request a consultation:

  1. Visit qualitycareglobal.com.
  2. Find the consultation request form, browse a provider profile, or click “Match Me Now” to start.
  3. Specify if you want an initial QCG consultation or a provider consultation.
  4. Provide your name, email, and phone number, plus any details about your medical needs.

To save providers or message them later, create a free account at qualitycareglobal.com/register.

Scheduling your consultation

  • Initial QCG consultation: After your request, you’ll receive a Calendly link within 24 hours to choose a convenient time for a video call with a QCG representative.
  • Provider consultation: We’ll coordinate with the provider and send a meeting link (e.g., Zoom or Google Meet) within 1–3 business days, based on their preferred platform. You’ll get an email with the date, time, and instructions.

Preparing for your consultation

To ensure a smooth experience:

  • Test your tech: Confirm you have a stable internet connection, camera, and microphone. Consultations work on smartphones, tablets, or computers.
  • Prepare details: Gather medical records, symptoms, or questions to share during the call.
  • Choose a quiet space: Find a private, well-lit area for clear communication.

During the consultation

  • Initial QCG consultation: Discuss your healthcare goals, get provider recommendations, or learn how QCG supports your journey.
  • Provider consultation: Review your condition, explore treatment options, or ask about costs and travel. Providers may request additional information, like dental photos (see our guide on submitting photos, coming soon).

After the consultation

  • Next steps: Book appointments, plan travel, or request support through QCG’s platform. If you have an account, save providers or message them for follow-ups.
  • Provider messaging: To message providers, sign in at qualitycareglobal.com/login if you’re a returning user, or use your active session after signing up. Providers typically reply within 1–2 business days.
  • Support: Contact our 24/7 team at qualitycareglobal.com/contact for help with scheduling or technical issues.

Why use virtual consultations?

  • Convenience: Meet providers or QCG reps from home, saving time and travel.
  • Free for patients: Consultations cost nothing—you only pay providers for treatments.
  • Informed choices: Get expert advice to select the right provider and plan.
