If you have a patient account, you can message providers directly for care-related questions.
Requesting a callback
Get a call from our team to discuss your needs:
- Visit qualitycareglobal.com.
- Click the “Match Me Now” button on the landing page.
- Enter your:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Submit the form, and a QCG representative will call you within 24 hours, often sooner for urgent requests.
The callback is designed to fast-track provider recommendations but can also be used for other support questions.
Using the contact form
For detailed inquiries, use our contact form:
- Go to qualitycareglobal.com/contact.
- Fill out the form with your:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Message (explain your question or issue)
- Submit the form and receive a confirmation email.
- Expect a response within 24 hours, typically faster for urgent inquiries.
Messaging providers
To communicate with providers (not QCG support):
- Create a free account at qualitycareglobal.com/register.
- Use secure messaging to ask providers about treatments or consultations.
- Providers usually respond within 1–2 business days, with replies in your QCG account.
